No matter what style of yoga you choose to do, you will likely see improvements in many areas of your health. By practicing regularly yoga can:

release endorphins that improve your mood
We are a part-time studio and only open 15 minutes before or after each class.
If you would like to stop by outside of class hours, it’s best to call ahead to make an appointment
The studio closes for statutory holidays, unless otherwise posted for sessions.
Studio Information & Policies
We ask that students please try to pre-register for all classes when possible. In order to keep the studio viable we will require a minimum of two people to run each class. If there is less than two people signed in one hour before class it will be cancelled. If you were the only one registered for a class that is cancelled, your pass will go back into your account.
Passes are not transferable and expire 6 months after purchase
Passes cannot be put on hold or extended due to travel or lack of attendance with the exception of medical reasons with doctor’s note provided
There are no refunds or credits for missed classes, workshops or unused passes. Pre-registered class and workshop cancellations must be given with at least 24 hours notice to obtain studio credit.
For last minute cancellations (under 24 hours before) there are no refunds unless you are unable to attend due to medical reasons (doctors note required) a credit may be issued to your account to use at a later date.
